I have been a believer for many years. I have been a full-time minister as well for many years, and over the last five years I have had major doubts about the faith for all the obvious reasons…cognitive dissonance. Lay on me anything you think might help. I am open to read and reflect but in the end, theodicy, good people, nice people, anti-sectarianism, and the multiplicity of faiths and ways of being, war against my faith and I feel Zen makes way more sense.
As I said, I am open to discuss things. I’ll wait to hear from you.

Hi Rico, believe it or not but this is the first time I am looking at any comments for the past 3 years. I have been out living my life and trying to get my mind off the constant battle against my former beliefs. And to be honest, it feels like it has worked. I am much less inclined to engage and debate religious folk these days!
